Damask developments

Printing lengths of Damask - we think these colourways are absolutely delicious, hand silk screened onto 100% natural cotton. We can't wait to showcase them as part of the Kew Textile Collection at Decorex 2012.

Birthdays At IVO

Our studio assistant Elle turned 22 last week, so naturally we celebrated with lots of yummy cake, flowers and presents. Our gold scarab print is gorgeous on the make up bag, available to buy from our webpage www.ivo.co.uk or in The Royal Botanical Gardens, Kew gift shop. The cake was an all time studio favourite Banana and Passion fruit, definitely worth a try from Waitrose :)

Press Release for Kew Textile Collection launching at Decorex 2012

IVO is launching the Royal Botanic Gardens Kew collection at Decorex. The collection features Hand Printed textiles and wall coverings produced at our factory in West London - locally to Kew. The purpose of the collection is to celebrate the natural world through the design stories created around document reference from the Kew Botanic Archive, newly drawn conversational prints to represent aspects of biodiversity as well as an eclectic assortment of contemporary co ordinates and timeless florals. Fabrics include 100% linens - an organic linen cotton union and assorted cottons including natural unbleached qualities as well as wide width non-woven and standard width wallpapers. IVO was established in London in 1963 and has a long history of printing high quality British textiles for some of the worlds leading designers and fashion icons. It is a great pleasure and privilege for us to focus our collective experience to support this great scientific institution, and help to sustain Kews work in saving the worlds plants for life through royalties generated.
